In Matthew 16:18, Jesus declares: 'Upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.' The rock is Peter's profession that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Though crucified and buried, Christ rose and built His Church. Just as death could not hold Him, it cannot hold us. My brothers and sisters — we are the Church that Jesus built! This church will never fail; it will always prevail!
Matthew 28:18–20: 'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.' He calls us out of the world, frees us from sin and death, and sends us back as the bulwark against the gates of hell. We are built by Christ — and we win!
God's promises are the foundation of our faith. He promised to send the Messiah to crush the serpent's head (Genesis 3:15) and to dwell in us through the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:3–5).
We profess that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God — the same confession as Peter. The Church must hold fast to this profession without wavering, for He is faithful that promised.
He uses us to proclaim the good news to all who will hear. We are the called-out ones, built by Christ to bring the light of the Gospel into the world in which we have been placed.
God promised to send the seed of the woman to crush the head of the serpent (Genesis 3:15) — a promise to send the Messiah to destroy the works of the Devil and make salvation available to all who would come.
He not only promised to save us, but also to dwell in us. We are partakers of the divine nature through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, enabled and empowered to escape the corruption of the world.

We are the Church built by Him — we cannot fail, we will prevail!
Hebrews 10:22–24 calls us to draw near to Jesus with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts cleansed and bodies washed with pure water.
Hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering — for He is faithful that promised. We must hold fast to what God has said and to what we have confessed before Him.
Consider one another to provoke unto love and good works. The Church must not compromise with the world about who and what we are in Christ.
Men do not build the church — God builds it. He is in charge of how, what, when, and where. We are the living stones He is using to build His Church by faith in the Living Rock.
If you will be faithful to Him in His business, He will honor your faithfulness. If you take care of God's business, He will certainly take care of yours.
When no one faced Goliath, God sent David. When no one confronted Pharaoh, God sent Moses. When no one challenged false systems, God sent Elijah. God always provides.
We must take courage and work like never before. God has never started anything He cannot finish. As long as we are faithful to His plan, we will accomplish all He has set for us to do.
God is calling His people to return and rebuild the walls of reverence and respect. We must not stop proclaiming boldly that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God — no matter the opposition.
God does not judge us by our success — He judges us by our faithfulness. 1 Corinthians 4:2: "It is required of stewards that one be found faithful (pistos)."
We cannot be conquered or vanquished as long as we remain the Church that Christ is building. We can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.
Never give up, never give in. Take courage and work like never before.
Hold fast to God's faithful Word. His purposes are worth it — faithfully do the work of God.
We are the Church that Christ built. We cannot fail — we will always prevail!

Go and make disciples of all nations — baptizing and teaching all that He has commanded.
It is required of stewards that one be found faithful — not successful, but faithful.
Jesus called it 'My Church.' We belong to Him and He is the head of this wonderful work. We are the lively stones God is using to build His Church.
The powers of hell cannot prevail against the Church because they cannot prevail against the One who established the Church. We are indestructible!
No matter the opposition, we must keep proclaiming boldly that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God — to the end of the age.
I know somehow, I know some way, we're going to make it! With Jesus on our side, things will work out fine — because we are built by Christ, and we win!
